I’ve been training here for two years now and came as a complete novice. I started having coaching sessions and have slowly moved to training with an app which my coach uploads my programme onto. The support and friendliness of everyone at the gym makes training more enjoyable. The staff will help out with any training questions or spotting so you can achieve new PBs!! You see, we’re a little bit different from a big corporate gym, a CrossFit box or Bootcamp. We DON’T cram as many people into sessions as possible. We only train people one-to-one, in small groups or group personal training.

This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
