Nutrition

The hardest part of the puzzle is always nutrition. But we make it easy for you with our systemised nutrition process that will show you exactly what to eat and when, without having to starve yourself, skip meals, or just eat vegetables for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

BCB is a brilliant gym with a fantastic & friendly management team and a top notch set of coaches. My wife joined first and after 3 months doing a training program with a coach her fitness improved and her enthusiasm was so contagious that myself and my son joined too.

3 months later we are all regulars and we feel healthier than we have for years.If you’ve not weight trained before I highly recommend signing up to their personal coaching program. you’ll be assigned a coach (personal trainer) who’ll teach you the basics and get you up to speed asap.My coach (lain) has been fantastic and in 3 months I’ve noticed a difference to both my health and physique. In our hour weekly sessions he managed to teach me a lot of his extensive knowledge, from the basics of weight training, to the best techniques to maximise my training gains. I’ve been training here for two years now and came as a complete novice. I started having coaching sessions and have slowly moved to training with an app which my coach uploads my programme onto. The support and friendliness of everyone at the gym makes training more enjoyable. The staff will help out with any training questions or spotting so you can achieve new PBs!! My only wish is that l’d started training sooner rather than wait until I was 50!!
